First mast in the market  that  adapts perfectly to the shape and design philosophy of CD Sail.  Our goal is to maximize the performance  of sail supporting it with carefully studied equipment that is crucial for the sail performance.   Our  mast& sail combination has already shown a top performance in numerous regattas including main IODA events.  

All our masts are characterized by: 

  • Top material Ergal 7075 T6- superior material characteristics makes it one of the materials often used in industries such as avio, space and automotive. Best material currently used in market  
  • Maximum oxidation level:  50/60 (highest grade in market)
  • All our masts are  on average 100 grams less than  similar masts 
  • Numerous security internal taps  for water protection  combined with water-resistant polyurethane foam
  • All the holes are made before the oxidation treatment to make sure that there is  no  non oxidized aluminium in contact with water and atmospheric agents
  • Halyard system already installed in the mast  with Optimist hook-in block, halyard line with ring and control line.
  • More homogeneous banding respect to similar masts
