Road to the 2026 Worlds – Morocco Training Camp
After an outstanding performance at the 2025 World Championships, the journey continues as we look ahead to the 2026 edition, set to take place in Morocco.
This exclusive training camp is designed to provide early insights into the worlds venue and gather essential data on local meteorological and marine conditions. Over the course of four days of high-performance training, athletes will train alongside the local national team and leading venue experts.
Led by Pavlo Donstov, renowned World Champion coach, and Santiago Lopez, CD Sails expert, this clinic offers a unique opportunity to sharpen skills, adapt to the race environment, and prepare for peak performance in 2026.

For Whom:
Medium and High level with racing experience.
When: 4 training days 24-25-26-27 January
(with the possibility to fly to Alicante for the Euromarina Torrevieja Trophy after )
Where:
The clinic will take place in at the Tanja Marina Bay, Tanger. Morocco.

Lunch:
The pocket lunch will be included in the price.
If you have any food intolerance, we kindly ask you to make sure you have your appropriate food with you.
Optimist charter boats:
Charter boats ( except sail and rig) included in the price.
Accomodation:
We suggest the Hilton Garden Inn. Same accommodation of the World championship 2026.
Price:
550 Eur (all taxes included) for the event of 4 days with Charter boat and lunch included.
Participants will have a possibility to order the sail with 20% discount specially reserved for the CD Academy participants
